BetWright Charity Football Match - Terms & Conditions

1. The Event

1.1 The BetWright Charity Football Match ("the Event") is organised by BetWright in partnership with Norwich City Football Club and will take place at Carrow Road on 17th May 2025 at 4PM.

1.2 The Event is an 11-a-side charity football match open to members of the public subject to the selection criteria outlined below.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants must be aged 18 or over. Valid photo ID will be required on the day.

2.2 By registering, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in a football match. BetWright and Norwich City Football Club accept no liability for any injury sustained as a result of participation.

2.3 Registration does not guarantee selection. Selected participants will be contacted directly ahead of the event.

3. Registration

3.1 Registration closes at midnight on 17th May 2025.

3.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. BetWright reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have provided false information.

4. Cancellation & Postponement

4.1 BetWright reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, venue unavailability, or any other force majeure event.

4.2 In the event of cancellation or postponement, BetWright will endeavour to notify all registered participants as soon as reasonably practicable.

4.3 BetWright and Norwich City Football Club accept no liability for any costs or losses incurred by participants as a result of cancellation or postponement.

5. Photography & Filming

5.1 The Event may be photographed and/or filmed for use on BetWright's and Norwich City Football Club's social media channels and promotional materials.

6. Conduct

6.1 All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the Event.

6.2 BetWright reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event without notice if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, dangerous or disruptive.

7. Liability

7.1 Participation in the Event is entirely at the participant's own risk.

7.2 BetWright and Norwich City Football Club shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by any participant during the Event, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7.3 Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate personal insurance in place prior to attending the Event.

8. General

8.1 BetWright reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via the email address provided at registration.

8.2 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
