3.3 BetWright reserves the right to withhold, remove or reverse any Reward, Free Spin or associated winnings where it reasonably believes they have been awarded incorrectly, claimed in breach of these terms, or awarded as a result of a technical or system error.

3.4 If technical issues occur, including website downtime, system errors or server malfunctions, BetWright will make reasonable efforts to credit eligible Rewards correctly.
