Time Out
If you feel the need to pause your gambling, you can activate a Time Out for a duration of 24 hours up to six weeks. During this period, your account will be temporarily suspended. Our Customer Service team can assist you with setting up a Time Out if needed.
Self-exclusion
For longer breaks, self-exclusion is available for periods between six months and five years. You can even extend it in six-month increments if required. While self-excluded, your account will be closed, and only you can request reactivation once the exclusion period ends.
